Phrolova is a powerful 5-star rectifier dps that is redefining the current meta of Wuthering Waves. She does most of her damage based on Echo skill damage, which is unique, and Phorlova is the only character that does this.
Like her skill, Phrolova’s build is also niche; her weapon and echo set is tailor-made for her and not suitable for anyone else. So proceed with caution. You need to spend some time farming her time-gated echo set, and her weapon is almost a must pull for her because her weapon alone is known to increase her overall damage output by 30%.
Phrolova Best Echo Set
Phrolova’s best Echo set is a 3-piece Dream of the Lost paired with a 2-piece Havoc Eclipse. For the main slot, Echo, farm the new nightmare Hecate, which can be found on the new map introduced in Wuthering Waves 2.5. Nightmare Hecate gives the resonator a 12% Havoc damage bonus and a 20% echo skill damage bonus if it's equipped in their main slot.
- Dream of the Lost (3-piece): When Phorlova holds zero resonance liberation energy, and increases her Crit Rate by 20% and grants 35% Echo skill damage. This is great and only works on Phorlova because she is the only character that is always on zero resonance energy.
- Havoc Eclipse (2-piece): Gives a decent 10% Havoc damage bonus buff. You can also linger on tunes if you don't have Havoc Eclipse; the difference is minimal and only slightly inferior.
When building Phrolova, aim for:
- 70+ Crit Rate
- 2000+ATK
- 200+ Crit Damage
- Resonance skill damage and normal attack damage as secondary substats on Echoes.
