Cartethiya is a character that is very crucial to Wuthering Waves' current storyline, and like the Shorekeeper in Tethys Hub, you can find Cartethiya walking around there as well. Where To Find Cartethiya In Black Shores
To get Cartethiya to visit Black shores, you must have progressed into the main story quest that takes place in Septimond. After solving the mystery of Threnodian’s corruption of Septimond and saving Lupa from her tragedy, Rover sends Cartethiya to the Black shores for something like a health checkup.
After the main story quest is completed, you must head to Solis Tavern Cafe in Capitoline Hill, Septimond. You can find Cartethiya casually eating in the cafe, and if you approach her, a small quest called “Three Wishes” will start.
After the quest is completed, you can head to Blackshores to find Cartethiya at Tethys Hub.
Cartethiya will be visible at 14:00 in-game, and you can approach her for a small interaction.
